Getting to know the Turbo® Visa® Debit Card

So I got a little info. I was given so many numbers and called all of the and what it says was the intuit turbo visa debits were discontinued June 30th 2020. It doesn't recognize who I am nor my card number etc. Its a huge scam! I even got my account and routing number from the so called dummy account that they have your money deposited into before you get it to insure they get their funds. Which was from gotobank which also didn't recognize me or any info I had. How do they expect when or if the IRS does fix any issues for people to get their money?! Its a huge cycle of bull**bleep**. At this point I just want another card with the money im owed but how can I even get one if I cant get through to an actual person. If ur curious call [phone number removed]

I've called the number on the back of my turbo tax card from last year but won't work them I went online to try and check my card balance won't let me neither what's the deal ?
