I have been waiting since 2018 to receive my GA tax return... I check the status monthly and it STILL says pending...
If this return is from last year and was filed on time, I recommend contacting the GA Department of Revenue directly using the link below.

I electronically filed on February 12th and mine is also saying that it has been received and is being processed. I came on here to see if anyone else was experiencing the same issue as I am. Has anyone had any luck in finding out what the hold up is?
State returns are processed by a separate entity and therefore have their own processing time. A representative from your State Department of Revenue will be able to access your account and provide insight into why your return may be delaying. How do I track my state refund? - TurboTax
Still haven't gotten mine either, we have direct deposit never has taken this long!!!
If you have not received your state tax refund, please click here to get the contact number for your state tax department, They will be able to track your return to see why it is taking so long.
I have also been waiting since Feb. My brother got his over a month ago. Never waited this long.
Per GA, plan on 90 days.
Just spoke to the GA tax office after waiting 2 months for my refund, and they let me know that direct deposits are held up if there are any changes of address filed with the post office in the last year.
In my case, my ex forwarded his mail after our divorce last year and even though it was an individual forward and not a household forward, it screwed up my individual refund from being issued because unfortunately the state still views us as being connected. Therefore, when they try to fact check my address they now see his new address in addition to my current, unchanged address so they hold the payment as it's deemed potential fraud. Now I need to work with the investigation team at GA DOR to prove that I still live in this house. Sigh.
Figured this may help some folks on here looking for some answers, and as an FYI the rep was extremely nice and very helpful, and I only waited about 20 minutes to get a live human.
Same boat ..... filed and accepted in mid February. My federal refund arrived in under 7 days.....my GA refund amount is still green (showing a balance owed to me since that time in February, but never paid out). I just spoke to a representative and she said they have not "opened up fully" still, so expect to wait the 90 days.
I have also been waiting since February and get the same message. Very frustrating. Cannot get a person when I call their 800 number.
Please see the link below for more ways to contact the Georgia Department of Revenue.
Since it has been over 90 days, you would need to contact them to determine what is happening with your return.

As I was told last week after sitting on hold forEVER....They will push back. The language is 90 business days.
It doesn't do any good to call I did and they told me the same thing 90 days
The IRS and many states are behind this year. You will need to be patient, because refunds are in the hands of the state tax department. Once the tax return has been accepted and processed, TurboTax can do no more to have the refund processed and issued to you.
