So basically they're double dipping.

I already had fees taken out and I was showed how much I'd be getting. Now, an additional $200, for what?! Ya'll gotta knock this crap off. Stop taking money that doesn't belong to you. I know it's only 200 but I still need it.

Your refund could be offset.

The IRS and State Governments have the ability to offset a refund to pay for certain past due debts.  You generally will receive a letter stating what the offset was for.

The IRS provides a toll-free number, (800) 304-3107, to call for information about tax offsets.

I was already notified about that. The 200 was taken out after that, before it got deposited this morning.  So double dipping

Did you choose to pay your fees from your federal refund?   Does the IRS refund site show that the IRS issued the amount that was on line 35a----or does the IRS site show they issued less?

First you need to check the IRS refund site to see if your refund was issued, and look to see how much they issued.   Did the IRS issue the amount that was on line 35a?

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

You can contact them SBTPG, toll-free, at 1-877-908-7228 or go to their secure website www.sbtpg.com
