Don't have my 2018 tax return from previous cap; have requested. If delayed, should I instead, print and mail my 2019 taxes; I am ready to file Thanks!

Efiling is always best however mailing in the return is always an option ... in the FILE tab choose to mail in the return then the proper forms and filing instructions will be in the PDF of the return.   FYI ... mailed in returns are taking 4 months or more to process so patience will be needed.

What do you mean by...cap?  When did you file 2018? If you filed 2018 after like August then try entering zero for 2018 AGI. It might go through.  If not you can print and mail it.
