If you already prepared a tax return and e-filed it, or even tried to e-file it, you will not get a refund. Your TurboTax fee is the same whether you e-file or file by mail--which is what you are still able to do if your e-file is rejected and you cannot fix the rejection.

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”

@raymondo76 - what you are paying for is that tax return; doesn't matter if you paper file or efile (and in fact TT does not charge for efiling). if you have the tax return, you've receivefd the value of the service: just be prepared for that arguement when you call requesting the refund,
