Does anyone know if citicards usually sends out 1099c after debt falls off credit report? I need contact info if anyone has it.

The customer service number for Citi Cards is 1 (800) 374-9700

Thanks but that number is automated and I can't access it because my info is old. I need the support number they print on 1099c if anyone has that.
