On my tax return I mistakenly indicated that the Corrected box on a 1099-R from was checked. The Corrected box was not checked. Will this mistake create a problem when processing my Federal Tax Return?

No. Unless there was box 4 withholding then only the dollar amounts on the 1040 form goes to the IRS anyway, but even if there was withholding that box will be ignored.
I was hoping for that answer. I did not what a minor error to create major problems.
Thank you,
