Can't Update AGI / PIN in Amend

This is my first time filing married and i messed up so i started an amend but it got rejected with 

IND-032-04 - 'SpousePriorYearPIN' or 'SpousePriorYearAGIAmt' in the Return Header must match the e-File database.
IND-027-02 - If 'PINTypeCd' in the Return Header has the value "Self-Select On-Line" and 'SpouseBirthDt' has a value, then 'SpousePriorYearAGIAmt' or 'SpousePriorYearPIN' or 'SpouseIdentityProtectionPIN' must have a value.

 

But when i go back into the amend i cant find anywhere to enter this info, like no where

 

Do i have to mail the amend instead?

Open your tax file and go to File. Proceed to the screen, "Review Your Federal Filing Choices". Review your Identifying Information (AGI). If you filed a prior year return, you must enter the Prior Year AGI for the Taxpayer (and Spouse if applicable). Do not use the tabs at the top of the screen to exit this interview. Once you have made the necessary corrections, you may resubmit this return for electronic filing. If the reject continues, you may need to print and file this return by mail.

i dont have any of those options i have that my initial federal filing has been accepted and thats it

Thank you so much for your quick response! I filed single but tried to amend to married filing jointly, that's when the problem occurred. My amendment was rejected for AGI/PIN, and I can't find where to enter that information.


my original filing was accepted but i found out i could file married filing joint instead of single, the way i originally filed.  the amendment came back rejected with IND-027-02.  then i tried amending my amendment because i dont have a "fix my return option"  when i try this way, it doesnt ever bring me to my actual rejection so i have to go throuhj all of it and it gets to the question "was anynody assigned a pin?"  i say NO because we dont have a pin so then it verifies our ID's and the license information.  it never asks about AGI so i cant put that info anywhere even thouhj that is what my rejection is for.  Nowhere from the Tax home or any screen, can i select my rejection.  The rejection only shows in my turbo tax email so i cant try that route either.  somebody please help as i have called several times and really need to file my taxes asap
