Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Right after completing and filing my return, my laptop crashed and I had to replace my motherboard.  I reinstalled turbo tax but I need to know if my return is saved somewhere other than on my laptop which basically no longer exists.  My only other option is to contact the IRS and wait for a copy which may take too long. thank you!

Sorry no.  If you used the Desktop installed program the only copy of your return is/was on that computer unless you made a backup on a flash drive or to a backup location.  Next time remember to make frequent backups, especially after you file.
