Can't amend 2018 return

I'm trying to amend my 2018 return.  The instructions say to "scroll down to Tax return and documents".  When I sign in to TurboTax it asks me if anything has changed and when I scroll down there is no "Tax return and documents".  So how do I amend my return?

I had already seen this.  When you do as it says, it looks like it's preparing a new return as I said before.  And no documents link.  But this time I took a chance and clicked Continue anyway.  And that did bring up the necessary link.
