The IRS says they send refunds in 21 days for 9 out of 10 efiled returns. The date is an estimate, an educated guess, a rough idea. In other words, it should not be relied on. The IRS can not say how long that other 1 of the 10 will take. All you can do now is, wait. Wait for the pay off of your interest free loan to the government. Did you believe that the IRS is omnipotent, omnibenevolent and omniscient ?

TurboTax gets NO information regarding your refunds once your return has been accepted by the IRS and/or state. No one at TT can track your refund for you. If the IRS site says the refund was issued----they also tell you to allow 1-5 days for the deposit to post to your account.
Did you choose to pay your TurboTax fees from your federal refund? If so, the issue may be with the third party bank so check there.
What is Refund Processing Service?
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

That’s insane that you’re saying no one at turbo tax gets tracking information on refunds when the homescreen of Turbotax says exactly when State and Federal should be deposited and it matches the same information on the wheres my refund page. My bank told me to call Turbotax about my missing money so who now, the irs itself? Cause someone made a mistake somewhere and I would love to pay my bills with my missing money.
@Looniestnut14 No--not insane. TurboTax just gives you an estimated date for your federal refund based on a 21 day average. Some refunds arrive faster; some take much longer. And....the IRS tells TurboTax NOTHING after you file. The only source of information about your federal refund is the IRS and -- possibly----the third party bank if you used refund processing.
Turbo Tax only gives you an estimated date of 21 days. After Turbo Tax transmits your return to the IRS they are done with their part. The IRS and state do not update Turbo Tax when they get, process, approve or send your refund.
@Looniestnut14 Regardless of what you see on the TurboTax Tax Home web page, that information is only an estimate based on the IRS target of issuing a tax refund within 21 days from the date it was Accepted by the IRS. That is a target only and is not a guarantee.
By law, TurboTax cannot receive any further information concerning your tax return or your tax refund once the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS.
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/
