Turbotax and Where’s my Refund said the money should be in between feb 13-19. I got state on the 13th and still dont have federal. My bank cannot see any money processing in. I have been hung up on twice now by the Turbotax phone line and am getting very frustrated by the poor customer service as I’m missing about $170 right now.
