Can I add direct deposit to my account even though I've already filed?

No. You are not able to make changes to your bank account information on your tax return once it has been filed and accepted by the IRS. If you are referring to the stimulus check, at this time, there is no way to update or add direct deposit information. However, details are still being worked on and once things are finalized, more information will then be provided. You can continue to check the IRS website https://www.irs.gov/coronavirus for any updates. You can also stay updated by continuously checking the following links.

Can I add direct deposit to my account even though I've already filed?

I have tried for 2 days to get a hold of some one to no avail.  All I here is your expercing high voulme and hold for the next specialist.  My questions is I received my Intuit Turbo card and at first I had it set up, now its telling me my refund has not been placed on my card.  my card number is <card number removed>.  Can some call me or email/text me what I need to do.  I am 71 years old and not very computer savy.  my Phone number is [phone number removed] and my e-mail is [email address removed].  Thank You very much.

To see if your refund has been sent to your TurboTax card yet, you would need to go to the IRS Where’s My Federal Refund? site, to check your status. Once your refund status on the IRS shows "Refund Sent" it can take 1 to 5 business days for the financial institution to deposit fund into your account.

The general timeline of e-filed returns is: Transmission > Acceptance > Processing > Approval > Refund.
