Frustrated tax payer here.
I had to make an amend on my taxes in May. I filed it through turbo tax and got an email saying it is on its way. Waiting......
The IRS says no record has been found 6 weeks later. Turbo tax now says its ready to be mailed.
Do I have to mail amend return for federal?
Is it possible for turbo tax to be reached?
Sorry Amended returns can ONLY be Mailed. The instruction sheet should say that. So print and mail the 1040X now.
