Hi, I was amending for 2020 tax return with the missing 1099-R, but during the check process, TurboTax asked me to input the PTIN on the Pro Delegation Worksheet as shown in the screenshot below, but per discussion in this link, I am not supposed to enter anything in the Preparer session, could anybody help me fix this issue? I tried to delete the 1099-R form and start over again, but it did not work. Thanks a lot for the help!

Are you in TurboTax?
If you can clarify what you are doing, we'll try to help.
If you did prepare your 2020 return in TurboTax and need to amend it to add a 1099-R, click this link for steps on How to Amend a Prior Year Return.
If you are trying to Amend a 2020 return that was not prepared in TurboTax, first you need to start a new return with the downloaded 2020 program and enter all your 2020 data.
Yes, I am in the TurboTax.
I successfully added 1099-R to the 2020 tax return, but just during the TurboTax completecheck, the issue mentioned above showed up. I need your help to remove the information in the "Preparer / Electronic Return Originator (ERO) Information" session on the "Pro Delegation Worksheet".
How can we sync?
Thanks
Yes, you are in TurboTax, but you used Full Service live to do your tax return. To amend it and get rid of the issue you are having, you will need to contact Full Service Live to help. Don't worry it is all covered under the original service.
Just look for the My Expert section on your Tax Home page. Send a message explaining what you need to change and they will take it from there.
The form you are stuck on is the preparer signature form. You can't use it with a self prepared amendment. Click here for more information.
Whenever I click the Tax Home button, it brings me back to the very original page as I logged into TurboTax, I cannot find the My Expert section at all... Could you please help? Thanks!
