Hi is there anyway you can help me with mine? I’m stuck in the same cycle & can’t get my advanced refund to process/finalize. I’ve tried everything as advised for days now. I continue to receive the same message that something has changed etc. I’m really ready to be done with this & have never spent this much time on filing my taxes… plsssss someone share something that is not going to take me back in circles…. I appreciate your help and if need more information to reach me pls let me know

I tried filing on KC and eventually it says it cannot load and I can continue filing in the Turbo Tax App

I was logged into the computer and I had both pulled up. I logged out of turbo and then into credit karma and clicked on tax and then start filing .
