After accepted for the advance through credit karma i cannot file: "something changed in your return, you'll need to choose your refund method again turbo tax"

Also , what I did was I made sure that my turbo email and my credit karma email matched and I unlinked my turbo from my credit karma.

I received my payment last night around 11:26 pm est.

How did you unlink it

Didn’t work

None of that worked for me unfortunately. My account emails match, I’ve tried from phone, computer, app, safari, KC site and chrome. There is nothing that needs to be updated in my return. My acct is unlinked on KC. I’m at a complete loss. Turbo tax is also giving the run around, saying they’re working on it and to contact others, who also say the same thing. I’m giving up.

IS TURBO TAX GOING TO GET THIS FIXED OR DO WE NEED TO START LOOKING FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE TO TAKE OUR TAXES?

Turbo tax has not resolved the issue . Did you try the work around I posted below.

Yes I tried it and it still didn't work.

Turbo tax was no help. They’re saying Credit Karma may have not approved loan due to income or credit score- which neither make sense for my case. So I’m done, moving to another tax branch.

I have already spoke to them twice and no one can figure it out. So I will just take my taxes somewhere else which is sad since I have been with Turbo tax for 7 years.
