Usually after I file,I get approved the same day. This time it's going on day 2 and still no acceptance! It is a reason for this or I just have to wait?

No. There's just a lot of returns that need to be processed. The IRS is working as quickly as possible to process them.

Please refer to the following help article for more information about refund timing.

Is it possible to get forgotten. Should I file somewhere else? This is day 3 and I'm worried😞

NO you absolutely should not file somewhere else.  If you have already successfully e-filed your return and then you file somewhere else you will create all kinds of problems for yourself.  You need to be patient.  The average time for a refund to be issued after a return is accepted is 21 days.  Sometimes it's faster, sometimes it's not....but that doesn't mean there is a problem.  Just keep checking Where's my Refund for updates.  Here is some more information for you:

Most Federal refunds are issued within 21 days of the return being accepted by the IRS (this is not based on when you filed).   Please keep in mind that once you e-file or mail your return only the IRS has any control over it.
