21 Days Average?

I am asking here today about the 21 days average is it possible to get the tax returns a little early? or do people like me have to wait for the said money returns after the 21 days?

The IRS target is 21 days after the tax return has been accepted by the IRS.  It is a target only and not a guarantee.
