Anyone else having issues with SBTPG page not working? I've tried numerous times yesterday and today and the page says error 🤷🏽♀️

@Ldynay85 I just checked and it's working. Are you using Chrome? If so, try Internet Explorer. (I tried IE firsthand because I know sometimes chrome has issues.)
@ddenese80 Yes, I paid for the extra with TT. SBTPG takes the fees out and then sends the deposit. I always heard using the TT card you received your deposit sooner but idk if that's true. Do you have your ddd?

@Ldynay85 No I don’t have my ddd yet I just updated to Path this morning though I was just wondering why they didn’t have my file so i guess because I don’t owe turbo tax then that is why so my money should come straight from Irs to my card I’m thinking then
I heard the same far as getting deposit faster using turbo tax card. It's like 3 days sooner. However dont think I'll ever use it again. I thought it had a feature to transfer to bank account but it doesn't. So now I'm stuck either paying to wire my own money or pay the fees to do withdraws and deposit it at the bank.
@caron1981 link the tt card to cash app and link your bank account that's how I transferred my advance from my tt card
@jamank i file on 1/25 and accepted 1/27 i got the txt msg after five in the evening on 1/27 when they accepted my federal tax return
@Kesi12 so your telling me that they will attempt to send my other half of the refund to the account(that I had messed up on by 2 numbers) and even though the routing number is correct (which it is) they will search for my account to and as long as I have an account with them they will send it to the correct one. And if they didn't have me in the system(which they do) then it would get sent back to the IRS and then they will issue me a check for that half that didn't go through? So if they send me a check approximately how long will it take for me to get it in the mail. So basically if they send it my bank will WILL ATTEMPT TO FIX IT. cause like a i said before, the woman at the IRS said "No MAM. ITS A SONE DEAL"! But on the website it said I can call them and have them cancel it. Before it got approved. That's what i tried to do. And that's what she told me.
