I also got a 4464c letter from the irs my return was a simple one filed single and now their checking me out ive never had a problem before in my life with my taxes why now

I'm praying mine comes in for me next week. @b_fraire on the 60th day call and they will just send info to tell them to remove your hold, after that things should start to change on WMR is what I was told so Good Luck!!! The rep I had was very nice and open with the info provided so I believe she was correct. Good Luck and I'll let you guys know if my status changes this weekend!

b_fraire on the 22th if i don't see a update on this Saturday will give a call on that date for sure that's what the irs told me because my tax return its just sitting on someone desk for nothing so you need too call on Friday morning tell them too referral your return the approval department they have too because its been 60 days on your letter states

I have been calling the IRS but i dont ever get to talk to a live person. It just takes me to the checking status of my refund then hangs up.. I am not sure where to call anymore.

You will have to say that you want to make an appt to come in to the local irs office. You have to say that. They will verify your info and attempt to look up your return and then will tell you when the 60 days are up thru are the ones to send the msg to the verification dept to push then as you habe completed your 60 days. They won't actually give you an appt to go to the office bc they say those people work off of the same info.
