@b_fraire on the 60th day call and they will just send info to tell them to remove your hold, after that things should start to change on WMR is what I was told so Good Luck!!! The rep I had was very nice and open with the info provided so I believe she was correct. Good Luck and I'll let you guys know if my status changes this weekend!
