There are several ways to pay your tax if you did not ask TurboTax to take the money out of your bank account.
Your tax return will print out a payment voucher, Form 1040-V. You can send a check or money order with Form 1040-V to the address shown on the voucher.
You can also make an electronic payment directly to the IRS or you can pay by credit card (there is a convenience charge).
If you cannot pay your bill at once you can set up a payment plan. Check out your options at Paying Your Taxes.
May 17 is the last day to pay your tax bill without penalty. Don't wait until the last minute. If you pay on May 17 there is a chance your payment will not be processed that day and you could get hit with interest and penalty.
I did ask them to take it out. I do see the vouchers you mentioned. 4 of them till early 2022. I do not want a payment plan. I want to just pay. Advice?
Is an installment already in place with the IRS? if so then you may contact them to discuss paying in full instead - contact details can be found here. In the interim, you may review this FAQ.
I did not set up an installment plan with irs or anyone
To clarify, if you chose to have your tax bill paid via direct debit you do not need to do anything else. The IRS will withdraw the payment once they process your return. See When will my tax payment go through? for more information.
If you did not select direct debit, see How can I pay my federal taxes? for the various methods, you can choose from to pay your tax bill.
