I did not file taxes for the year 2015 and 2011 year, what transcripts do I need? would I need my w2's from 2010 and 2014 than?

Be clear on what years you are talking about.  
You didn't file a 2015 tax return for 2015 (would have been due last year in April 2016)
Or you didn't file a 2014 return that would have been done in April 2015?

I did not file a 2015 tax return and i did not file a 2011 tax return

Then you need the W2s and any 1099 and your info for 2011 and 2015 (not from 2010 or 2014)

Online is only for the current year so you have to buy the Desktop CD/Download program here https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/  

Turbo Tax only sells the last 3 years so they only have 2013 and newer.  And you only have 3 years to file for a refund so it's too late to get one from 2011.

Or you can get the blank forms from the IRS and do them by hand.  Either way you will have to print and mail prior year returns.  And send each year in a separate envelope so the IRS doesn't miss any.
