Turbo tax what are you going to do to fix this situation. U took $6k from

me. There are no offsets when I call the number the IRS has provided and I have no tax debts. I have used you guys for 7 years never had this issue. Nobody at the irs is answering calls and your agents can’t help. . This is not acceptable and I need some answers .

TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

Thank you so much . All the answers the turbo tax employees are giving me don’t Apply to me. I called the irs offset number and I have no offsets or tax debts never had. It’s very frustrating esp when you needed the money 😢

Same here! But all these "experts" jump on and say that they some how know the IRS hit everyone with offsets. Im fighting them too. Keep us posted here on what you have to do. Im ripping through their facebook page now and starting to be taken at least a little bit seriously.
