so just spend an hour and a half on the phone with them, they seemed to want to help me at first asked me questions, said she was going to send a referral in, also confirmed that they did receive it on 3/12 and was reassigned to another agent on 4/23 (don't know why doesn't state) as she puts me on hold literally 10 different times she comes back and said I have to wait and call back tomorrow because today is my 8 weeks, and I need to allow them their last however many hours they have to process it.

To all the posters on the thread...none if you would have had to deal with this if you had filed a complete correct return the first time thru...do not forget the 1095-A in the future so you don't have to repeat this nightmare.

@Critter#2 This is my first and last year ever having to use marketplace insurance. We asked our tax preparer when we filed and they stated they didn't need it. My husband was doing uber for one year full time and we used marketplace insurance and well yea that won't happen again LOL
