I have received my refund back or and email stating that IRS approved my refund

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

If the IRS accepted it, what does it say here?
https://www.irs.gov/refunds Or does your account say “Ready to Mail?”
Note: If it says “Ready to Mail” or “Printed” that means YOU have to mail it yourself. TurboTax does not mail your tax return for you.

I never received email for my federal refund
it says it's still being processed
@LeVon71 Still being processed means the IRS has your return and they are working on it. They have not finished with it yet and have not yet approved your refund or issued the refund yet. So you can check on it to see when it changes from processing to approved....they update daily.
Being processed status means the IRS received and accepted your refund and they are working on that.
I have never received my 2019 tex return I have a tex advocate. I need to know about my 2019 tex refund.
If you never received your refund for the tax year of 2019 you will need to contact the IRS as they issue the refunds. If you have a tax advocate they should be able to assist you about your 2019 refund.

I have received my state income tax but I have not received my federal income tax and it’s been three months since I have filed. Could you please tell me what the status is on that?
I had emailed it in. Do I need to mail it in also?
What did you email? You cannot file your tax return by email. You can electronically file it using TurboTax though. If you did that, you may just need to wait a bit longer for the IRS to process your return.

I never received my tax return. Why will money be coming out of my account, when it is supposed to come out of my tax return
Are you referring to your TurboTax fees in regards to money coming out of your account?
If so and you are experiencing a financial hardship, call us by the Tuesday prior to your debit date at 1-888-808-1723 to speak with a trained specialist and mention “auto-debit”.
