Need help finding 2017 tx info. We entered info and filed for extension and its not on account

We entered all of our 2017 info and can't find it on the account. Need to figure out if we finished them and paid or not

Need help finding 2017 tx info. We entered info and filed for extension and its not on account

You must mean 2016 tax information, since no one has yet filed a 2017 return, nor requested an extension for one.

You are most likely in the wrong account. Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Account recovery

https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery/

https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1901535-forgot-your-turbotax-user-id-or-password 

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flashdrive.

When you recover your 2016 tax file, you will need to follow directions in this link in order to complete the return and then print, sign, and mail it.
