You must mean 2016 tax information, since no one has yet filed a 2017 return, nor requested an extension for one.
You are most likely in the wrong account. Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flashdrive.
When you recover your 2016 tax file, you will need to follow directions in this link in order to complete the return and then print, sign, and mail it.
