My tax return was set to go to a past due amount on a child support account that was closed. Now the treasury offset program sent it but the DHHS hasn't recieved it.

Treasury offset program says they sent my tax return to NHDHHS on May 1st but the DHHS says they haven't recieved it. Its been 7 months exact now.

Sorry--TurboTax cannot help with that. TurboTax never knows about offsets to your refund and does not get involved with offsets or intercede with the IRS for you regarding your offsets. You will have to sort it out with the IRS and the Treasury Offset program yourself.
