My returns have been accepted on emails, Postmark and CD software screen. Electronic Filing History just shows "Succeeded Agency" mulitple entries. Why?

In prior years, Electronic Filing History always showed detailed entries, dates and times. Anyone seeing this?

Please try to update your TurboTax software to see if that resolves the issue. The below TurboTax FAQ provides the steps to follow. 

How do I update my TurboTax CD/Download software program?

If updating doesn't resolve the issue, please comment back so that we can further assist.

I tried different browsers, then updated software...doesn't change anything. At this point, I guess it doesn't matter now since I have all "acceptances" through emails, Postmark Acceptance and Filing Status screens......strange that only the Electronic Filing History isn't performing....but I guess getting "Succeeded Agency" entries on it is a good thing anyway. I know for a fact that the state actually received my information because they already know my AGI. And the entry comments were "Succeeded Agency" too for the state as well as federal.

Michelle...have you filed or looked at your Electronic Filing History Report yet? I use the desktop CD version.

Still indicates "Succeeded Agency" multiple times...I understand that means "Accepted". But would like to have this report for my records. Probably doesn't matter now since my returns have been accepted in all other aspects.

Could this be a TT program glitch?

In Community we don't have access to your personal information, therefore, it would be difficult to know if the issue you are experiencing is a glitch.  You may want to reach out to TurboTax Customer Support for one-on-one assistance.

Michelle, personal info is not necessary for the answer I seek. Your name has beside it " Employee TT Specialist" so I thought you'd be the best to answer..I did talk "one on one" with another rep but you know they, in general, do not work for TT...they just submit problems to their higher ups and hope for a resolution. No one seems to want to respond to my issue from the community. Strange.....

I ask you simply again...if you filed already...what does your Electronic Filing History report say???
