@Mzbehaven68 - because the IRS is woefully backlogged - when did you efile? 

have you checked the WMR tool at the IRS websit?

I want to know why my tax refund is late like few month I receive a letter from IRS I try to call and they never answer me I don't know what to do can u fix this matter for me and have it deposit to my derict account that I put for referent please I can't wait more for it I want to know what's going on can u fix it please

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.  Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.

 

Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.

Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 4 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.

Can turbo tax fix this matter that's why I file my taxes whit turbo tax to avoid things like this I don't know what to do I done everything u show me and I don't get no answer and my money still saying is on prosses please fix this matter for me that's why I file my taxes whit ya

TurboTax can't make the IRS move faster.

The only person who can do that is a Member of Congress.

Contact your congress person.

You are not the only one waiting.  The IRS is taking 6 months or more.  All you can do is keep waiting.

My bank refused my state check and returned it to TurboTax I haven't received it March 22nd I received a letter from you guys can't find refund

@Keithsmith  Your state refund was not sent to TurboTax.   If the bank refused the direct deposit they sent it back to the state, and now the state has to issue and mail you a check.
