My refund is less and comes from "TPG PRODUCTS SBTPG LLC"

My refund was more than 1K less then what was stated on my Turbo Tax file. I contacted the IRS and there were no type of holds on my account or any payments not made. I even double checked my file to make sure I didn't make any mistakes. I am not the only filer having this problem. 

This is crazy I've used Turbo Tax before and this is the first time something like this has ever happened.

Ive checked those as well and none of those apply to me. I've received a partial check from TPG Products thats not even a quarter of the refund amount
