My Ohio tax return is still pending, why?

If you e-filed your return before February 12th, it'll stay in a Pending status until the IRS starts processing the backlog of returns. Sometimes state returns stay in Pending for several days or even longer. The information here may be of assistance in your pending state return.

Same here in Ohio. I filed my son's return 2/13. Ohio received and accepted his return 2/15. I filled 2/1, Ohio received 2/15 and I'm still in pending status. It has never taken this long.
