If you sent your tate tax return in to be reviewed, you can track it if you are due a refund. You can track your state refund by going to this TurboTax FAQ here for assistance.

Is it possible that you chose to print and mail your state return rather than efile it? If you made that choice and didn't actually print and mail your return, the state never got it.

Printed means you had to print it out and mail it to the state yourself.  So it wasn't filed at all.  Print it out and mail it now.  Accepted means you efiled and the IRS accepted your return for processing.  If it says anything other than Accepted then it was not efiled.
