TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer.

Once your return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control.  TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS.

To track your Federal refund:   

https://www.irs.gov/refunds

To track your state refund:    

https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund

On the IRS site you are also offered the use of an app called IRS2Go

My intuit turbo visa debit card arrived over a week ago. I activated it but my balance is still zero. When will I receive my refund?

I recieved the visa debit card after being approved for the advance. Does my remaining refund amount, after advance was subtracted, get directly deposited to the same card that my advance was deposited ? Because for some reason I recieved 2 cards. The original one was supposed to have been cancelled out, due to many system errors & mistakes by GreenDot,  by the way their customer service is definately below satisfactory. Thank you for your time.

When did your money end up being uploaded onto your card? I received my card, it says $0 balance. And has for a few days now. Do I need to do something or contact someone? Or will it just automatically upload? Also my refund has already been approved. So not sure what’s going on

"Refund Approved" usually means that your tax refund was approved and you should be getting a direct deposit date (or check mailed).
