Tax refund checks do not come from TurboTax. Refunds come from the IRS or the state in which you filed an income tax return. If your brother helped you to prepare a tax return then he should be able to print out a copy of it for you so that you can see what it shows. If there is a refund on a Form 1040 it will be on line 35a. You can track your federal refund on the IRS refund site.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2022 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.
