I have filed my taxes this past January and it did not hit my bank at all the next month. Yes it’s the correct routing and account number. They said I should receive it by February but I checked my bank and I did not receive the refund money. Now it’s May and I still did not receive my tax refund money. I’m not satisfied with you guys. How long will it take until it come in my bank or will I get a paper check?

Waiting is frustrating—refunds are taking longer in many cases. These are not normal times. It is not possible for TurboTax to speed up the IRS for you. It seems to be taking longer than usual for them to process returns. They are short staffed; and they are processing millions of tax returns at the same time that they have been burdened with the task of processing millions of stimulus checks. The IRS is not taking calls right now.

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. Many refunds are taking longer during the pandemic.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

At the following IRS website, find the USA map and click on your state, and it will give you the number of your area's IRS Taxpayer Advocate.

So I should call IRS Taxpayer Advocate to solve my problem?? @xmasbaby0
It's worth a try. The IRS is not taking phone calls. Be positive your return was accepted beforehand---you say you filed in January. That was early. The IRS did not begin to accept returns until January 27.

Yes Jan. 28, 2020. So will irs advocate answer me if the irs are not taking live calls. I did call them twice last one in February and the other one in early March. They told me to mail them a form to them which I did but the mailed and it came back to me so I called on March about it and they told they will fix it right away and it 2 months and I still didn’t receive anything.
