May I request a copy of 2018 tax return?

I have been locked out of Get My Payment
Because I thought your site didn’t say .gov I thought I was hacked,  I changed the info to avoid interference of my refund. Now I see that I was on the right site and got myself locked out.  Now you think I am an imposter.  How can I reverse this and get the stimulus check (s) I should have gotten? Please reinstate my website.  I really am desperate for funds to live on. And I am deeply sorry. Bernadette A Gray

Are you having trouble accessing your TurboTax account for 2018?

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

You also mentioned the Get My Payment site---that is an IRS site.  TurboTax has nothing to do with that site.  TurboTax has no control over an IRS site.

@0093 Directly above your question there is a reply in this thread that tells you how to find your 2018 tax return if you used TurboTax to prepare that return.  And....if the RS is saying that you did not PAY your 2018 tax due, your only proof that you paid will be your own bank/credit card records.  TurboTax never knows how, when or even if you paid your tax due.
