Made an error on State Tax form and want to correct before submitting but can't get back on Turbo Tax to correct the error. How can this be done?

Are you having trouble getting back into your account? As long as your return is still unfiled (not efiled and not mailed) you can reopen the return to make any corrections prior to actually submitting it. 

You can try recovering your account with your phone number. All  you need is the account information that was used to set up your account. If you don't have that information or you need assistance getting back into your account, you can follow the steps in this TurboTax FAQ here.
