Line 6b on amended state return won't let me change issue

When I change the answer to the issue needing fixed it doesn't save and still says there's an issue and won't e file my state amended return

Did you remove or add a spouse ?    Did you change your filing status ? 

If so you cannot efile the amended return... both fed & state must be mailed in.
