It takes about 7-10 business days for your card to arrive. If it has been 7-10 business days and you have not received it, please call Netspend directly.
Call the toll-free NetSpend Customer Service Line at 1-855-646-8848.

I've called because I haven't received my card and every time I put in my info it says invalid so how do I talk to a real live person so I can get answers

You can't track your Turbo Debit Card but it should arrive within 5-10 business days. That does not count weekends and holidays. If it has been longer than 5-10 business days and you still haven't received it, please call Customer Support.
