You didn't explain anything about your situation, so I'll take a guess. Does this IRS WMR tool says the funds have been released and sent?
https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If that tool says the IRS has actually sent the funds, the IRS says to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing procedures and times. But it usually doesn't take that long.
However, there may be another link in the chain that you can check in the meantime if you used the following service:
Did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of the Federal refund? If so, the funds go first from the IRS to a temporary account at an intermediary bank where the fees are subtracted. Then that intermediary bank sends the rest of the funds on to your bank (or card.) If you used that method to pay fees, and if the IRS has actually released the funds, we can tell you how to check on the funds at the level of the intermediary company (SBTPG--aka Tax Products Group).
What date were expecting the funds to be released? If you know the dated your return was supposed to expected you should get the return 1 to 5 days after that date.
It was supposed to deposited on February 3rd.
Do you mean March 3? The IRS did not even begin to process 2020 returns until February 12. As for March 3---did you get that date from the IRS site or from TurboTax?
If the IRS site says your refund was issued----the IRS also tells you to allow 1-5 days for the deposit to post to your account.
You are correct, @xmasbaby0 in that the IRS will state "allow 1 to 5 days", but usually they even give a specific date - once they've actually put the electronic transfer in process, they will update their site (I believe still once daily) and it will give you a specific day/date of the expected deposit into your account. It will also give you a date range that if you have not received it by such and such to contact them.

Was that supposed to be March 3? What shows at the IRS "Where's My Refund" site?
You didn't answer the main question I asked:
Did you have any TurboTax fees that you chose to pay out of the Federal refund?
That would make a huge difference in locating it since with that payment option, once a refund is released by the IRS, it goes to an intermediary bank first. If so, we can tell you a way to check on at the intermediary company's website (SBTPG).
Turbo Tax did not charge me
Ignore the TT tool as it only estimates when the refund "should" happen based on the IRS standard 21 day processing once accepted by the IRS for processing.

Ok so if you got a date of March 3 you don’t want to count the 3rd in the 5 day return period window today is the 7th so check on the 8th or the 9th I’m thinking that would be your issuing date
@ StephenLedet
Since banks don't typically process electronic deposits over the weekend, maybe it will show up in your account overnight tonight. While it's unpredictable exactly "what time" your bank would post a deposit to your account, many banks process such deposits in the wee hours of the morning, such as 3-5 AM. So maybe you'll see it post sometime Monday, March 8. If not, then as the message in your posted image suggests, you can speak to the folks at your bank to see if you have a direct deposit pending that hasn't yet posted, or if a direct deposit was refused for some reason and sent back to the IRS. If your bank's general customer service doesn't know, then you need to speak to the department that handles ACH electronic funds processing.
According to the waters my refund my refund was direct deposited on feb24 But my bank has no record of my return being deposited so what happened to my money??? ?????
Did you go to the where’s my refund page on irs.gov? TurboTax and the irs site aren’t synced up. You’re refund could be still pending with IRS
Yes I went to where's my refundthats where it said my refund seas deposited onfeb24
