Ignore the TT tool as it only estimates when the refund "should" happen based on the IRS standard 21 day processing once accepted by the IRS for processing.
Does this IRS WMR tool says the funds have been actually released and sent?

If that tool says the IRS has actually sent the funds, the IRS says to allow up to 5 days due to variations in bank processing procedures and times. But it usually doesn't take that long so check with your bank for the deposit.
