No, not with Turbo Tax.  They only sell the last 3 years.   If you have a simple return you can get the blank forms from the IRS and fill them in by hand for free.  I have a list of some of the basic ones I can post direct links to.

No.   Software is available for 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021.   It is too late to use TurboTax for a return for any earlier year, and you would not be able to get a tax refund for those years.    If you owe tax it still has to be paid, however.   You can seek the paper forms to prepare those returns by hand and mail them in.    The forms are available from the IRS.
