Is it normal that I qualified for the $1800 tax rebate credit feburary 19th and I haven't gotten it yet and I just want to know is this normal?

Can you please clarify, did you claim the rebate on your tax return and you didn't receive it with your tax refund?

Also I haven't worked in almost 2 years so the $1800 was all that I qualified for.

Many people are experiencing delays. TurboTax does not receive updates on your refund status after your tax return has been accepted by the IRS.
