IRS website says: refund status results: Your tax refund is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available. It's been 21 days. What's going on?

Yes. I claim EIC. The irs system says refund will be distributed on the 1st week of march. My above information given has been the same for 4 days.

I'm in the same boat as you, filed and accepted 2/10 and still haven't gotten mine yet. Unbelievable

The IRS issues most refunds from e-filed returns in about 21 days, although some returns take more time to review. The IRS issues refunds, not TurboTax. This means that we can't say for sure why you haven’t received your refund if it's been longer than 21 days since you e-filed. You'll have to speak directly to IRS to find out more about the delay. Only the IRS controls when and if a tax refund is Approved and Sent.  Starting 2 weeks later than normal this year  means they had millions more returns to process so things are bottle necked  right now so be patient while they work thru the backlog ...

Call the IRS:  1-800-829-1040  hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday

When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.

So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info).  Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.

Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".

Then press 3 "for all other questions."

Then press 2 "for all other questions."

- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don’t enter anything.

- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.

Then press 2 and then 4 …

It should then transfer you to an agent.
