No, you cannot change your bank account. The IRS does not allow you to change your bank account after they accept your return for processing. However---you say you do not have a U.S. phone number. Did you enter banking information for a bank with a U.S. address? The IRS will not make a deposit to a foreign bank account. They will only mail a check to your address if you do not have a U.S. based bank account.

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.

My return is accepted. But for a US based account, no, I entered a French address for an international bank account (on Revolut). Thus, this should be the reason of the delay, right? And when I try to track my return on IRS website, it says that this "The information you entered doesn't match our records" even though I filled correctly. And if they do not let me to change the bank account, what should I do now?
