Its been more than 21 days and when I check the status it says "Your tax return is still being processed.
A refund date will be provided when available".
anyone else having these issues. Are there delays in the federal refund. I got my state refund very quickly

As far as we know, there are no known delays with federal refunds. However, since it has been more than 21 days, you can call the IRS directly for more information concerning your refund. Here's how to reach someone: IRS Contact Information
I'm having this issue too. I e-filed my federal return on 5/5/20 and nothing from the IRS so far except "A refund date will be provided when available"
I paper-filed my state return on the same day and that refund showed up about a month ago :(
To check on regular tax refund status via automated phone, call 800-829-1954. (This line has no information on Economic Impact Payments.)

TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. Many refunds are taking longer during the pandemic.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

I got my state to but my federal is telling me that my taxes was completed so now I don't know what to do
I got in touch with an actual person at the IRS yesterday by following the prompts in this article
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/after-you-file/discussion/my-tax-refund-was-accepted-march-3rd-it-...
There was a form missing from my return and the IRS rep said they are WEEKS behind in processing returns. He said they were shut down for 2 months and are behind on everything. They gave me exact instructions on the best way to submit my missing form. So if it's been over a month and you don't have your refund, calling & following the prompts to talk to a person is what I'd recommend. The wait was about 15 minutes when i called at 4pm PST.
