IND-031-04 - The primary taxpayer's AGI or Self-select PIN from last year does not match IRS records

First let me say our AGI from 2019 is correct. So, if my PIN is incorrect how do I find out what my PIN is?

Or could it be that my spouse died and the IRS is looking for his PIN?
